<p style='text-align: justify;'>Business letter of a merchant, mentioning his arrival in Qūṣ (Upper Egypt) and his further travel plans, referring to news that treasures, among them 70 slave girls and eunuchs, sent to the Fatimid caliph had been seized by a Bedouin chieftain called al-Bulyanī. Names mentioned include Abū Isaac, Abū l-Manṣūr, Abū l-Makārim, Abū l-Ṭāhir and Abū l-Faraḥ. </p>
