Recto contains a discussion of the writers of the biblical books, in similar language to that of BT Bava Batra 14b-15a. As well as differences of expression, there are some material differences. For example, T-S D1.37 claims that Isaiah wrote his own book, as well as Proverbs, Song of Songs and Ecclesiastes. It then begins a list of the 18 cases of scribal corrections (tiqqune sofrim) in the text of the Bible (8 are contained on the recto). The verso contains a discussion giving the number of years covered by each of the biblical books, with reference to the key events described therein. The text of the fragment (apart from the list of scribal corrections) is virtually identical to that found in Ginsburg, vol. II (1880, 338, ・175).
