The verso begins with a discussion of the double accentuation found in Genesis 35:22. It first reproduces the text according to the accentuation leading to the short form of the verse (i.e. concluding with וישמע ישראל). It then reproduces the text according to the accentuation leading to the long form of the verse (i.e. concluding with שנים עשר). Finally, it reproduces part of the verse with the double accentuation. The rest of the verso, and the entirety of the recto, deal with the double accentuation found in the Exodus version of the Ten Commandments (Exodus 20:1-17), reproducing the text first according to the lower cantillation marks, then the upper cantillation marks, and finally with both upper and lower cantillation marks.
