<p style='text-align: justify;'>Recto: Maimonides’ autograph draft of a 3-line Hebrew poem he composed and included at the beginning of his philosophical work ‘Guide for the Perplexed’. Verso: contains the opening of the Guide, the letter to Joseph b. Judah Ibn ʿAqnin, a student of Maimonides, in Judaeo-Arabic, written in a different hand. The text continues overleaf, along with jottings.</p>
