<p style='text-align: justify;'>Leaf from a collection of medical recipes, possibly part of a physician’s personal notebook. The fragment contains recipes for medicaments to treat joint pains, gout and sciatica and for fostering the maturation of pus and for relieving pains and swelling. One of the compositions is attributed to Qūruliyus al-Ḥakīm.</p>
