<p style='text-align: justify;'>Part of a long letter in Hebrew, probably written by a Babylonian dignitary, and addressing a community (ואתם אחינו). It his a midrashic character, quoting extensively from sources, and talks of the families of the kingship (משפחת ‫[‬המל‫]‬וכה) and the priesthood (משפחת הכהונה), and refers to contributions of different types (פסיקות and חומשים), just before it breaks off.</p>
