<p style='text-align: justify;'><p>Labelled ‘Representation of the Altar Tomb of William Cook [sic] Justice of the Common Pleas in 1552. and was Intered in the North east Corner of the Chancel of Milton Church Cambridgeshire’. Cole 1744 writes ‘<i>on the N side near the old altar stands a very old altar tomb of Purbeck marble with nothing on it as does another on the opposite side against the S wall’. </i>There is no sign of this now.</p><p>Bell 2013; Palmer 1932</p></p>
