<p style='text-align: justify;'><p>1826</p><p>William Greaves was Commissary of Cambridge University (responsible for judicial decisions and advice within the University). He added Beaupre Bell to his name after previous owners of an estate in Upwell that his wife inherited. He held land in Fulbourn from 1743, and acquired Dunmows manor farm c. 1786. He died in 1787, leaving his land to his nephew Richard Greaves Townley and his descendants. The hatchment hangs in the kitchen area at W end of N aisle. </p><p>VCH 2002</p></p>
