<p style='text-align: justify;'>Wilson's first and only cloud chamber which he continually modified. By 1910, rays emitted from radioactive substances was better understood. Wilson realised that he might be able to image the tracks of particles by photographing streams of water droplets condensing onto ions created as particles passed through the chamber. (Longair, 2016, pp. 156-157)</p>
