Kodachromes and Kodak Ready mounts arranged by processing number relating to the visit described above.

Marnham's visit to Basutoland was probably the last of his visits to the High Commission Territories at the end of 1965, since his second film is completed by scenes at Kokstad in Cape Province and in Europe. His route was apparently from Leribe in the north to Mohaleshoek in the south, thence by air to Qacha's Nek. The country became Independent as Lesotho in 1966 and Marnham paid a further visit in July 1967.

Original photography by John Ewart Marnham, reproduced by kind permission of Mrs Elizabeth S. Marnham.
