Skeen and Co., Joseph Lawton, and Colombo Apothecaries Company.</p><p style='text-align: justify;'> This is an important collection whose subjects include the Colombo-Kandy railway construction; archaeological views of Polonnaruwa and Anaradhapura; the tea industry; views of Colombo; and Perahera celebrations, Kandy. There are also 11 photographs of Queen Victoria's Diamond Jubilee celebrations in Kandy in 1897.</p>
