<p style='text-align: justify;'>Magnetic Hill is a road at the foot of Lutes Mountain near Moncton, New Brunswick. Unique slopes and grades at the foot of the ridge make it appear that motorcars and running water are drawn uphill. Although this strange phenomenon was noted by farmers in the nineteenth century, Magnetic Hill was first brought to wider attention by Saint John’s ‘Telegraph-Journal’ newspaper in 1933.
